Kielbassa Bites

1 lb.polish sausage, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 (12oz.) jar apricot jam or preserves
2 TB apple juice
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 TB brown sugar

In a non-stick skillet brown sausage pieces. A little oil may be used.Drain on paper towel and set aside.Add remaining ingredients to skillet, heat, stir for 2-3 minutes until bubbly. Return kielbassa to skillet. Heat- through- about 5 min. Watch carefully ,stir now and then. Serve warm. Toothpicks are geat lifters.
